Definitions
This functionality is available in MUI. The application menu is rendered at the top* of each application window right below the window drag bar.

- Ability to turn embedded menus on and off globally
- Ability for developers to prevent the menu to be rendered for certain windows in their applications. Such as status windows, transfer windows etc where it's not needed. By using some sort of window property.
