| Title: | Finally... a beta | | Text: | It has taken far longer than it should have, but we've released an "early" beta today.
This comprises of a drawing.datatype and svg.datatype (based on libsvgtiny).
drawing.datatype supports basic solid line and curve drawing, and solid fills.
svg.datatype supports everything libsvgtiny does (ie. basic solid lines and curves, and solid fills :)) except varying line widths, and text.
There is a minor issue whereas the SVG drawings do not appear to fit the canvas very well - there is a lot of empty space in the files I found. However this may simply be that the files have been saved with an extraordinary amount of empty space around them.
Some sort of zoom/pan gadget may be worth considering for drawing.datatype in the future.
