Or would it be better for this project to be a repository of "built" materials generated from the Perception-IME project sources?
Beyond that, Perception-IME will be primarily focused on UTF-8 support,
with some charset drivers providing alternate encodings.
I would like to check-in the Perception-IME source tree as well as the release build tree, but also want to avoid any kind of "mess".
